Customer Account Manager

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Account Manager to lead the relationship with its clients in Cagayan de Oro. The role combines customer service, order management and sales support to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of Didion products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and complaints.
• Manage end‑to‑end order processing using ERP systems, from receipt to production tracking and final delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Dynamics 365 CRM and ensure seamless integration with ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Quality and Sales teams to align customer needs with operational capabilities.
• Support the Sales team with quoting, contracting and customer‑specific requests.
• Initiate and coordinate the customer complaint (CCR) process, driving timely resolutions.
• Act as backup to the Customer Relations Manager, ensuring continuity of service.

Required profile

• 5+ years of customer service or sales support experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer situations and make timely decisions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills.
