About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Specialist to support the development of AI models that understand construction processes. This remote, hourly‑contract position involves evaluating workflows, creating realistic project scenarios, and ensuring AI‑generated content aligns with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and annotate construction processes and workflows for AI training.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop realistic construction project scenarios.
• Provide feedback on project management documentation and suggest process improvements.
• Identify gaps in AI understanding of construction practices and recommend solutions.
• Review AI‑generated content for accuracy and industry compliance.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Document methodologies, findings, and enhancements.
