Construction Estimator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Estimator to join our fast‑paced commercial construction equipment manufacturing team. This fully remote position supports U.S.‑based projects, turning project information into accurate, competitive bids.

Key responsibilities

• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and scope to understand requirements.
• Prepare precise cost estimates and bid proposals.
• Break down drawings, identify pricing details, and manage multiple bid requests simultaneously.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, owners, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and confirm details.
• Build complete, competitive proposals and support pricing discussions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating or bidding.
• At least 1 year of remote work with U.S.‑based clients.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent numerical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines independently.
• Available to work graveyard hours aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home‑office setup.
