Company Nurse (Manufacturing/Industrial)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our manufacturing/industrial environment as a Company Nurse. The role involves providing nursing care to employees, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and supporting the wellbeing of the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local government unit (LGU) health protocols and ensure compliance.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and support occupational health and safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with 1‑2 years experience as a Company RN or regular RN in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Good communication and organizing abilities.
• Familiarity with LGU health protocol requirements.
• Warm, caring disposition; newly registered nurses are welcome.
