Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse provides on‑site healthcare services within a manufacturing environment, ensuring employee well‑being, occupational safety, and compliance with health regulations. The role involves first‑aid response, health monitoring, and support for safety and wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid treatment and immediate medical assistance for work‑related injuries and illnesses.
• Monitor, record, and maintain confidential medical records and clinic documentation.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including medicines and medical supplies.
• Implement occupational health and safety programs in line with labor regulations.
• Coordinate annual physicals, pre‑employment exams, and vaccination programs.
• Support incident investigations and monitor employees exposed to hazards such as chemicals, noise, dust, and heat.
• Conduct health awareness seminars, wellness activities, and hygiene monitoring in production areas and facilities.
• Collaborate with company physicians, hospitals, and external healthcare providers.
• Prepare monthly health, sickness, and accident reports and participate in emergency drills.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid PRC license.
• At least 12 years of experience in occupational health or a manufacturing setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of workplace safety, industrial hazards, and emergency response.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules if required.

Required skills

• BOSH/OSH certification (advantageous).
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical documentation.
