Chief of Staff – Support CEO with Strategic Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution‑focused Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO. In this role you will translate vision into actionable plans, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure the organization stays aligned with its top priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define, prioritize, and execute key initiatives.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and lead cross‑functional execution.
• Track company goals, ensuring progress and accountability.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Manage CEO priorities and optimize time on high‑impact activities.
• Support decision‑making through research, analysis, and insights.
• Act as liaison across leadership to ensure alignment and follow‑through.
• Lead special projects and drive operational improvements.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and manage key stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or similar roles.
• Proven experience working closely with senior executives or founders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of property management is a plus.
