About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance via chat, phone, or email, helping clients with flight, hotel, and travel bookings. The role involves delivering accurate information and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle travel‑related inquiries through chat, phone, or email.
• Assist clients with new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on travel options, schedules, and promotions.
• Record all interactions and keep documentation current.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors as needed.
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in Metro Manila.
