Candidate Manager – Talent Acquisition (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Candidate Manager to join our growing recruitment team supporting the Australian market. This remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, building relationships, and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, SEEK, job boards, referrals and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for blue‑collar, labour‑hire and white‑collar roles across aviation, renewable energy, engineering and construction.
• Conduct market mapping, candidate research and proactively identify high‑quality talent for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Screen, qualify and engage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation and provide a professional candidate experience.
• Support consultants with shortlists, recruitment administration and CRM updates.
• Assist with lead generation, market intelligence and monitor industry hiring trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with the Australian market is a plus.
