Business Relationship Officer – Retail Banking Sales

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based in the Baguio branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting monthly and daily sales goals.
• Prepare sales call plans, reports and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through account acquisition and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
