Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales performance and strengthen client relationships within the retail banking segment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Identify and acquire new accounts while promoting cross‑selling opportunities for YGC products.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to market retail banking services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to apply learned tools in leadership situations.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management, and risk‑management controls.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with account management and bank products and services.
