About the role
We are seeking a results‑oriented Business Development Manager to drive Luminary’s growth within the marketing and creative agency space. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads, closing deals, and shaping strategic plans that expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through digital channels, outbound outreach, networking and partnerships.
- Qualify prospects, pitch services, and close deals that meet company targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with lead‑generation goals.
- Maintain and optimise CRM data for accurate pipeline tracking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Work with leadership to refine pricing models, proposals and contracts.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual business planning, including new service offerings and market verticals.
- Analyse sales metrics and lead performance to continuously improve approach.
Required profile
- Proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth within a marketing or creative agency.
- Strong track record of closing high‑value deals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
