Brand Designer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a high‑craft Brand Designer to act as the visual steward of its brand. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will translate brand strategy into tangible visual expressions across packaging, print collateral and organic social content.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the in‑house creative lead to evolve the brand system and create visual language for both print and digital assets.
• Design and update packaging, including sample packs and sachet designs, ensuring files are print‑ready.
• Produce brand‑forward graphics for Instagram and other owned channels.
• Prepare technically perfect production files (dielines, bleeds, folds, color profiles) for remote manufacturing.
• Manage multiple design deliverables and briefs with light‑touch direction.
• Occasionally support the performance team with high‑quality paid static creative during peak periods.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in brand‑side or agency environments with a portfolio that demonstrates ownership of brand systems.
• Strong independent judgment and ability to make creative decisions without detailed briefs.
• Professional‑level English communication skills for collaboration with US‑based leads.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
• High fluency in Canva.
• Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, composition and pre‑press production, including dielines.
