About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the Business Center’s sales initiatives in Batangas, driving growth and ensuring long‑term sustainability within the retail banking segment. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on client relationship management to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies aligned with the Retail Banking Group’s objectives.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities in the trading area.
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects while expanding the existing customer base.
- Improve account profitability and deepen relationships with current clients.
- Ensure timely servicing of customers’ financial needs and maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Team player with a strong passion for working in a banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, management, and financial management.
- Ability to build solid relationships with internal business units and external clients.
