BIM Modeller (UD2 C&S)

About the role

The BIM Modeller (UD2 C&S) will be responsible for creating and maintaining BIM models for construction and structural projects. Working closely with the Singapore C&S team, the role supports design development, drafting, and quantity take‑off activities. The position is based in Mandaluyong City and collaborates with local and overseas disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, including general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Generate detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Create quantity schedules through BIM tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams locally and internationally.
• Perform BIM modelling and coordination tasks across project phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM modelling for construction and structural projects.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across different locations.
• Strong communication skills to support international collaboration.
• Attention to detail in producing accurate drawings and schedules.
