About the role
The Bellman at Hilton ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay, from arrival through departure. Working closely with the concierge team, you will deliver personalized service that reflects Hilton’s brand standards and hospitality excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, escort them to rooms, and explain hotel facilities and room features.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and any reasonable requests.
- Promote Hilton Honors enrollment and benefits, ensuring members receive tailored service.
- Collect verbal feedback, address complaints promptly, and follow up with the Front Office Manager for service recovery.
- Coordinate with the concierge team to maintain effective communication and achieve performance targets.
- Manage storage and organization of guest belongings and ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and follow up on resolutions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts in a hotel environment.
Required skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of Hilton Honors program and hotel concierge procedures.
