Associate Attorney – Corporate & Project Law

About the role

Exiomo Law Chambers is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Makati office. You will work closely with senior partners on a variety of corporate, project and civil law matters, providing practical legal solutions for both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and draft documents for corporate, civil and project‑related matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and on‑site regulatory due diligence for M&A targets.
• Represent clients in negotiations, court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Interpret statutes, ensure compliance, and support labor and employment law issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex legal challenges.

Required profile

• Bar eligibility or active licensure in the Philippines.
• Strong proficiency in both Tagalog and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines and uphold the highest ethical standards.
• Previous experience in corporate or project law is advantageous.
