About the role
This position supports the Global Business Services (GBS) team by handling expense advances, routine payments, and invoice processing. You will ensure accurate coding, resolve payment discrepancies, and act as a key liaison between internal departments and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Verify, audit and process invoices, expense advances and routine payments, ensuring correct accounting entries.
- Monitor supplier statements, identify and resolve discrepancies, blocks or delays in payments.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and suppliers, handling administrative queries and escalations.
- Maintain accurate supplier records and ensure compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Analyze, verify and correct accounting transactions to meet audit and process standards.
- Execute payment uploads to banks.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Technologist or professional degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration.
- Experience in accounting functions such as invoice analysis, supplier statement reconciliation, and record keeping (preferred).
- Valid passport (preferred) and availability to work on holidays.
- Hybrid work arrangement (on‑site for the first three months).
- Work schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7:00 am‑4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am‑3:30 pm.
