Assistant Director – GDS Alliances Operations Specialist (APAC)

About the role

The Alliances Partner Operations COE at EY is seeking an Assistant Director to lead APAC Alliances operations. The role provides strategic enablement, project management and reporting support to senior Alliance leadership, ensuring seamless delivery of initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage global dashboards and financial reporting to update revenue, wins and pipeline, delivering business insights to stakeholders.
• Produce ad‑hoc data reports and executive summaries for Alliance accounts.
• Coordinate and facilitate Alliance revenue planning activities.
• Prepare and manage meeting materials, agendas, decks and follow‑up actions for senior leadership sessions.
• Participate in and facilitate executive meetings, workshops and events as required.
• Support contract initiation and tracking in collaboration with the Global Alliances team.
• Maintain and refresh APAC Alliance reference materials in Discover and related tools.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing & Communication to develop relevant content.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures.
• Partner on strategic projects and initiatives with APAC Alliance Operations contacts.
• Drive internal awareness, campaigns, learning & development, network building and success‑story sharing across APAC.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, opportunity life cycles and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior on‑shore stakeholders.
• Experience working under high‑pressure situations and delivering results.
• Comfortable with virtual collaboration across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
