About the role
Our client, a provider of electrical repair and maintenance services for homeowners, is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter. The role focuses on driving sales by booking leads, following up on unsold estimates, and coordinating technician dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Book leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
- Follow up on estimates that have not yet been sold.
- Dispatch technicians to confirmed jobs.
- Make outbound calls to generate new appointments.
- Handle inbound calls after completing training.
Required profile
- Strong sales orientation with a pleasant, clear phone voice.
- Native‑level English communication skills.
- Motivated and able to meet sales targets.
- Professional demeanor and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM software, preferably Service Titan.
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position (9 am–5 pm PST).
- Payment in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
- Commission plan tied to each sold estimate.
