Apparel Graphic Artist (OXGN)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Apparel Graphic Artist to translate fashion trends into commercially successful products. The role involves designing, styling and researching trends for a specific category/brand, working closely with the merchandising and visual teams to ensure a cohesive brand image and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular trend research with the Creative Design Head and Merchandise Manager and prepare mood boards and presentations for new collections.
• Translate identified trends into commercially viable designs that align with brand identity, target market, pricing strategy and customer preferences.
• Develop design concepts, create technical worksheets and support prototype development.
• Participate in sample development and line‑planning meetings.
• Style and dress models for e‑commerce, social media, lifestyle campaigns and product shoots.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure consistent product styling across all channels.
• Conduct store visits to gather customer feedback, assess product performance and analyze competitor offerings.
• Assist in product presentations and clearly communicate design decisions to internal teams.
• Manage departmental files, specification sheets, artwork and samples.
• Travel to trade shows to source new design inspirations for future seasons.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a designer in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong eye for detail and a keen sense of style.
