Accountant – Construction Industry (Manila)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to oversee financial records and reporting for a construction-focused operation in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and a strong understanding of construction industry financial practices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial ledgers, journals, and statements.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities specific to construction projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Preference for mature, seasoned professionals.
• Experience in the construction sector is highly valued.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting.

What we offer

• Probationary salary range of PHP 28,000 – 30,000 per month.
• Free accommodation (meals not included).
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM‑12:00 PM & 1:00 PM‑5:30 PM.
