ABAP RAP Consultant – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ABAP RAP Consultant to join our SAP S/4HANA development team. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP S/4HANA applications using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
• Implement key‑user and developer extensibility solutions.
• Create and maintain Adobe Forms for business documentation.
• Customize SAP user experiences with SAP Screen Personas, including scripting.
• Develop and automate workflows using SAP Build Process Automation.
• Expose OData services and APIs for SAP integrations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and clean‑core principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in ABAP RAP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with key‑user extensibility, Adobe Forms, SAP Screen Personas, and SAP Build Process Automation.
• Knowledge of CDS Views, OData services and Fiori integration.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
